April 5: Brand New

New running shoes–a reward for reaching a fitness goal.

April 4: On The Edge . . .

of the couch, that is. Another sleepy shot.

April 3: Mobile

This little guy is now mobile. He seems as surprised as the rest of us. 😉

April 2: Strut

We live in an area with feral chickens. I caught this guy strutting in a neighbor’s pigsty. (No the neighbor does not keep chickens–just pigs, tortoises, and dogs.)

April 1: Foolish

Our April Fool’s Joke: Pizza “cake”.

Marching toward 360

March came and went a long time ago, but want to take a moment to record some of what we did that month.  We had a visit from several Easter bunnies (thank you Grandma and Great-Aunts Judy & Robin) and spent a lot of time outdoors enjoying the beautiful weather.  (I would say beautiful spring weather, but really, it’s every-day weather here.)  We had a visit from an old friend who was here for a job interview (she got the job–Yay!!) and a visit with one of my uncles, his wife and 2 of their children.  It was good to see them all.

On the whole, I liked my March photos better than February, but I still haven’t gone beyond the presets on the camera.  Mainly, I’m just working on the habit of taking photos.  I missed three more days this month, but on the plus side, I’ve taken far more photos than I would have if I weren’t trying to “capture our 365”.  My favorite photos were March 19, March 30, and March 31st.  I can’t help it; I think those boys are photogenic!
