A kite flew into our yard earlier this month and on this day we finally went out and flew it.

Stuffed animals on a pile of library books, again at the end of the day.

S hamming it up for the camera as H runs past in the background.

H’s toy cars in their bin at the end of the day.

I tried very hard to get him to take a nap this afternoon, to no avail. This is what happened at dinner time, before his first bite.

Here is a picture of some father-son togetherness as S and R try out their new Lego Marvel Superheros video game.

Of the many photos we took of the boys in their Easter outfits, this is the one where both boys were smiling and looking at the camera (or at least close to looking at the camera)!

Here is H participating in his first Easter Egg Hunt. You can see the joy in his smile, peeking out from under his floppy hat. H didn’t really know what he was looking for at first, but he was pleased to doing the same things as the “big kids” (you know, like 3 year olds). We forgot to bring Easter baskets, so we had the boys use some insulated shopping bags we keep in the car. H insisted on carrying his own bag and once he started to find eggs, he kept stopping to peek into his bag and make sure his eggs were OK.

More coloring from S.

H in a thoughtful mood.
