While I was away, my boys celebrated with a robot party. So sad I missed it!

This was the camp of the hot dog buns! We had an overabundance of leftover buns from a fundraiser back in April so we froze the buns and used them at camp. We had chili dogs and garlic breadsticks from the buns, but the girls protested at the idea of hot dog bun French toast sticks. Instead, our fearless camp director was presented with a hot dog bun lei at the end of camp.

My camera has a pretty powerful zoom lens. With it (and a tripod), I was able to capture this tender moment between two sisters at camp.

June 3

I was the self-appointed, unofficial photographer for our group at camp. I made it my mission to capture evidence of every girl enjoying herself at camp. This photo, of two of our younger girls, almost in silhouette, captures the innocence of childhood for me.

June 2

Packed for Girls Camp; I was asked to be a leader this year.
