August was very busy.  As R and I worked to finish up the summer semester with the University, Samuel started pre-school and swim lessons.  For two weeks, I was teaching both preschool and college, while trying to get the hang of responsibilities as a new Webelos leader.   Things were made even more hectic at the end of the month when we took a mini-vacation to visit my Aunt J and Uncle K on the Big Island of Hawaii.  We were glad to see them and we had a lot of fun.
